Mike Wenzler is the founder and Principal of Wenzler Capital Group. Mike has been a prominent real estate investor in Dayton, Ohio throughout the past 40 years. He obtained a real estate license in 1976 and a broker’s license in 2001. He has constructed, owned, operated, and managed many properties over these past 4 decades. Before the market crash of 2008, he sold five of the most prestigious office buildings in Dayton, Ohio, for historically high prices.
Mike has a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation. There are less than 6,000 CIPS designations amongst the 1.2 million real estate agents and brokers in the United States.

Principal
Eric Newman is the Principal of Wenzler Capital Group and specializes in financial analysis and process improvement. Eric is a real estate professional in Dayton, Ohio. He graduated from Cedarville University in 2012 with a degree in Accounting. Prior to joining Wenzler Capital Group, Eric worked at LexisNexis as a financial analyst for four years. After LexisNexis, Eric ran a multi-million dollar territory selling orthopedic implants and biologics in operating rooms to surgeons in Columbus, Ohio.
